![]() The Zero-G Roll, Corkscrew, and Pretzel Loop are getting most of their paint applied now. The main elements completed are the horseshoe and first drop, the rest is coming together piece by piece. Here’s a fun mismatch of original colors and new colors.Ĭurrently the repaint of the coaster is about a third done we’d say. The trains feel like they work better with the new colors than the old! Happy dance for new paint. All three trains are back on the tracks! Hopefully we’ll see 3-train/2-station operations soon. The maintenance bay is currently getting repainted. Of course we’ve got plenty of pictures of the painting in progress: The color palette works amazingly well in the California sun. It’s amazing seeing Tatsu in a new fresh coat of paint. ![]() Not everyone is a big fan of the new color scheme but we think it’s a fantastic fit. Next up, let’s talk about the beast from the far east: Tatsu. More footers! There’s actually a pretty significant drop off towards the DC Universe area, so WW is a terrain coaster? Tidal Wave’s palm trees and rock work remain, creating a nice buffer between WW and the Boardwalk area. Wonder Woman will fit in nicely next to Riddler’s Revenge. The ride’s track and supports currently reside in an overflow parking lot, so vertical construction could start any time. As of right now, there’s not a whole lot of vertical construction to show, however it does look like most footers have been poured. Let’s talk Wonder Woman: Flight of Courage! ( Click here for all details, concepts, stats, etc.). The Flash’s ride vehicles are currently stored underneath Scream!. ![]() Batman recently got repainted for the relaunch of the area later this year. The DC Universe arch is clearly missing, but allows us to view where the Wonder Woman (coaster) station is. We presume Wonder Woman: Lasso of Truth will remain but will get rethemed. The area looks quite empty without any buildings in the foreground. In addition, the Wonder Woman: Lasso of Truth (flatride) is still standing but the Wonder Woman signage is being removed. The Flash (flatride) has been removed and is rumored to get relocated elsewhere in the park. – The area is now undergoing another remodel to accommodate the new RMC Single Rail Coaster: Wonder Woman: Flight of Courage. The last remodel was about 11 years ago after Batman: The Ride got repainted blue and the area changed from Gotham City to DC Universe in anticipation of Green Lantern: First Flight. Shout out to Scream! Scream!’s entrance logo has received replacement pieces for the faces and slogans.ĭC Universe is currently undergoing another serious remodel. Goliath was running great as usual, it deserves more recognition if you ask us. Despite the park hours being shorter than in the past, even a 4.5 hour day with no crowds meant we rode everything we wanted to! We’ll get started with some general notes! All three of Goliath’s trains are present, 2 on the tracks, and one dismantled next to the queue.
